Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor ongoing management projects and activities.
- Supervise Associate Management staff and provide mentorship.
- Assist in drafting policies, procedures and process improvements.
- Conduct performance analysis and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with department heads to align activities with organizational goals.
- Represent management in interdepartmental meetings when required.
- Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for leadership.
- Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies and goals.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
- Lead cross-functional coordination to support projects, operations and business initiatives.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support in forecasting and resource allocation activities.
- Conduct market, competitor and industry research to assist senior leadership in decision-making.
- Represent top management in internal meetings and external stakeholder interactions when required.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard procedures

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management/ CA Inter.
- 7-12 years of relevant experience in management/Merchandiser or operations.
