  • Allocation of work of kitchen staff
  • Checking on quality and quality of food
  • Control wastage
  • Maintain quality
  • Innovate new dishes
  • Maintain discipline and grooming of staff
  • To Maintain Hygiene and sanitation
  • Storage of food and provisions
  • Raw material quality check
  • REPAIR & MAINTENANCE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment
  • Handles necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Installs equipment and appliances
  • Complies with all company safety regulations
  • Keeps a maintenance log
  • Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion
  • Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools
  • HOUSEKEEPING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
  • Ensure all rooms/workplace are cared for and inspected according to standards
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
  • LAUNDRY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This includes managing the washing, drying, pressing, and folding of linens and other items.The Laundry Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualification / Experience :

  • Min 05 -10 years’ experience
  • Any Graduate
