Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage housekeeping operations across office, residential and private areas.
  • Monitor scheduled maintenance, repair works, servicing of equipments to ensure the facilities are in good working condition.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, F&B services to maintain hygiene and sanitation.
  • Sourcing and procurement of raw materials as required.
  • Responsible for building inspections and audits.
  • Manage security staff to ensure safety of premises, assets and personnel belongings.
  • Develop and coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety and crisis management.
  • Manage hospitality services by addressing guest requests and concerns.
  • Oversee laundry operations including washing, ironing and distribution of linen/uniforms.
  • Implement and maintain the safety protocols adherence with regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise his team by providing proper guidelines for their duties & responsibilities.

Key Skills

  • A seasoned & experienced professional in the field of Soft Services with ability of handling Task Force.
  • Sourcing & Procurement expertise of raw materials with vendor management capability.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Facility Management / related fields.
  • 10+ years
