Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom business applications and ERP enhancements.
• Create queries, stored procedures and reports (using Crystal Reports / SQL).
• Handle integration of ERP with third-party applications (using APIs / Integration tools).
• Provide technical support for ERP users and resolve system-related issues.
• Work with business users to gather requirements and prepare technical documentation.
• Assist in upgrades, patch installations and testing.
• Maintain database optimization, data migration and backups.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for smooth implementation and support.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, optimization).
• Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing).
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SDK, DI-API, UI-API, Crystal Reports).
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP B1, Tally Prime, etc.).
• Knowledge of Web services / REST APIs / JSON / XML.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau and other BI tools for reporting.
• Prior experience in ERP project implementation or support.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or IT related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on development experience in ERP or business applications
