Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attend the official meetings and advise the concerned stakeholders in varieties of transactions and legal matters.
  • Stay updated on the most recent developments in the relevant legal areas and give legal training to company’s employees to mitigate the risk.
  • Creating / Assisting in creating contracts/agreements, MOU, privacy policies, deed and other legal documents.
  • Monitor the developments in ongoing cases before various courts.
  • Co-ordinate with Panel Advocate in court matter & proceedings.
  • Co-ordinate with different departments and make sure that organization is in compliance with all the laws to protect against legal risks and violations.
  • Design and oversee the company policy and position on legal matters.

Key Skills

  • Experience in Drafting, Litigation, appearance and arguments before Courts/Tribunal, Lok Adalat etc.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Law (LLB), COP (Bar Council License)
