Role & Responsibilities
- Advise the top management on corporate governance, risk management and legal issues.
- Advise internal department on corporate, labor, intellectual property and compliance-related matters.
- Attend the official meetings and advise the top management or concern department on legal matters.
- Appear and represent the company as advocate before various courts and tribunals.
- Build and manage relationships with external counsel, regulatory authorities and government bodies.
- Oversee litigation, compliance and legal issues.
- Draft and review high-value, complex documents.
- Lead, supervise, mentor and develop the in-house legal team.
- Give legal training to company’s employees to mitigate the risk.
- Design and oversee the company policies.

Qualifications & Experience
- LLB/LLM from a recognized institution
- 12+ years of progressive legal experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- COP (Bar Council License)
