Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise in routine cleaning of rooms, offices, washrooms and common areas.
- Assist in laundry services including washing, drying, ironing and folding.
- Ensure adequate availability of cleaning materials and report shortages to the Service Head.
- Ensure the staff adhere with hygiene and safety standards while using cleaning equipments and chemicals.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to the Service Head.
- Support in Kitchen and pantry activities like menu planning, maintaining quality of food and hygiene.
- Assist in setting up rooms, halls and facilities for meetings or events.
- Support Service Head in inspections and audits.
- Maintain courteous behavior with guests, staff and visitors.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning materials.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum qualification Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years
