Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the recruitment cycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding process.
  • Sourcing and maintaining candidate’s pipeline through job portal, referrals, networking and company website.
  • Conducting market analysis and industry mapping to enhance the recruiting process.
  • Facilitate employee on-boarding and coordinate for training initiatives.
  • Assist the payroll team in preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
  • Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees
  • Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
  • Gather and analyze data for various HR Metrics.
  • Assist in drafting HR reports, MIS and data analysis for management review.
  • Maintain employee personal data in both digital and paper forms.
  • Help in conducting exit interviews and assisting in the smooth employee engagement process.
  • Collect daily, weekly or monthly time sheets.

Key Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Hands on exposure on any HRIS tool.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance & payroll.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-7 years
