Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment cycle-sourcing, screening, interviewing and on boarding process.
- Sourcing and maintaining candidate’s pipeline through job portal, referrals, networking and company website.
- Conducting market analysis and industry mapping to enhance the recruiting process.
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and coordinate for training initiatives.
- Assist the payroll team in preparing employees compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
- Schedule bank payments or hand out pay checks directly to employees
- Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
- Gather and analyze data for various HR Metrics.
- Assist in drafting HR reports, MIS and data analysis for management review.
- Maintain employee personal data in both digital and paper forms.
- Help in conducting exit interviews and assisting in the smooth employee engagement process.
- Collect daily, weekly or monthly time sheets.
Key Skills
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Hands on exposure on any HRIS tool.
- Knowledge of HR compliance & payroll.
- Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
