Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing fabrics, trims and accessories as per buyer requirements.
• Support in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders and tracking production timelines.
• Follow up with suppliers or mills/looms to ensure on-time delivery of fabrics.
• Act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers and internal teams for day-to-day queries.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports for review by senior management.
• Monitor order status and update reports to the senior merchandisers.

Key Skills

• Good knowledge of Textile industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skill for dealing with buyers and suppliers.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Technology / Fashion Designing / Diploma in Apparel Merchandising / Handloom Technology/ BBA, B.A, B.Com , B.Com (H) or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in Merchandising Textile / Garment domain also considered.
