Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and monitor ongoing management projects and activities.
  • Supervise Associate Management staff and provide mentorship.
  • Assist in drafting policies, procedures and process improvements.
  • Conduct performance analysis and recommend operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align activities with organizational goals.
  • Represent management in interdepartmental meetings when required.
  • Prepare detailed business reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Assist in developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies and goals.
  • Monitor departmental performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination to support projects, operations and business initiatives.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Support in forecasting and resource allocation activities.
  • Conduct market, competitor and industry research to assist senior leadership in decision-making.
  • Represent top management in internal meetings and external stakeholder interactions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standard procedures

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management/ CA Inter.
  • 7-12 years of relevant experience in management/Merchandiser or operations.
